Pilot和主燃氣並存和退出期間，風燃比仍然須滿足要求。調整點火位，低火位，pilot量，主燃氣最小量
UV管需要清理積灰，防止UV鏡面污損、水霧，UV屏蔽電纜分開放置，防止干擾，檢測器環境溫度不得超溫（50C或60C）
點火的燃氣量和混合區域的風燃配比還是要符合燃燒三要素！
怎麼調整？點火調壓閥、旋塞閥、低火位、點火槍位置，etc.
火花塞需要清理積碳，防止電極污損、水霧、爬電，燃燒器本體接地完好，放電間隙和火花位置正常

•點火變壓器火花塞放電了嗎?

•燃燒器故障報警後，暫不復位，現場檢查燃燒器和閥組系統
•檢查BMS報警顯示，檢查報警時程序狀態，了解報警前工作狀態
1.Safety Shut off valves 安全關斷閥–Leak Test the SSOV for tightness of closure;
2.Pressure Switch 壓力開關–Test the pressure switch settings comparing these with the actual impulse pressure,
3.Igniter 點火器–Check the cable and connectors;
4.Impulse line 取壓管–Check impulse piping for leaks
5.Blower Rotor 風機葉輪–Clean or replace it if needed
6.Flame Sensing 火焰監測器–Lock out without flame signal
7.Burner components 燃燒器本體
–the burner nozzle 噴嘴
–the igniter 火花塞
–the flame sensors 火焰監測
–the combustion tube or block 火筒或火嘴磚

4.Igniter Rod 火花塞–Check and Clean
5.Air/Gas control valve 流量控制閥–check the air/ or gas control valve for smooth, trouble free operation
6.Shut off valve 安全切斷閥–Test the manually gas shut off valve for proper operation;
7.Air/ Gas filter 過濾器–Clean and/or replace the combustion air blower filter and gas inlet filter.
